Claire Rich

Claire has worked in the outdoor industry her whole adult life, working with a variety of groups delivering outdoor activities and Duke of Edinburgh's award expeditions. She volunteered as a Community First Responder for East Midlands Ambulance service for 8 years, dealing with patients with a variety of medical issues. She has also worked as a medic at large scale outdoor events and provided first aid in remote areas to outdoor activity participants. This has given her a great deal of knowledge and experience to draw on in the training she delivers. Due to a keen interest in first aid and medical work, Claire has gone on to undertake her FREC 4, which has expanded her knowledge into pre hospital care.
