Service Description

Learners who complete the Qualsafe Level 3 Award in Outdoor First Aid (RQF) are equipped with a broad set of skills enabling them to administer first aid in challenging outdoor surroundings which may be a few hours away from the support of the emergency services. With a total qualification time of 20 hours and 16 guided learning hours, our outdoor first aid course draws on experience from outdoor education professionals and ambulance crew to provide a course where there's no such thing as a silly question- we're here to help and if you're learning others are too. Be prepared to get messy and get hands on in outdoor scenarios, potentially be put outside your comfort zone and to come out the other end having learnt something new (and still smiling!). This course is practical and engaging, warm clothing that you don't mind getting dirty is a must.
